Run Estates - Ashland MA
Deer Run Estates is a luxury community in
Ashland, Massachusetts. Quietly tucked away in a beautifully
wooded and private area, it stands out as one of the premium neighborhoods
in town.
At the point where Cross Street joins the towns of
Ashland and Hopkinton are the streets of Deer Ridge Road and Fawn Ridge
Road. These two roads make up the subdivision of Deer Run
Estates.
Most of the 16 homes in Deer Run Estates were built by
Lakeside Builders with a few exceptions. Construction took place from 1998
to 2000.
These are all stunning homes with fine architectural detailing.
Many of their distinctive exteriors were uniquely designed with variations
of stone fronts, stucco and brick. They range in size from 3,000 to
4,000 square feet and most of the homes sit on acre plus lots.
Features of these homes include gourmet kitchens, large
master suites, libraries, custom moldings, two-story foyers, home theaters
or media rooms and private wooded back yards.

Run Estates borders on the
Hopkinton line providing access to Hopkinton State Park through walking
trails. You can take advantage of all that the park has to offer including
boating and fishing in Echo Lake or picnicking at the park's extensive
grounds.
This subdivision is also adjacent to Brick Hill Estates.
Fawn Ridge Road leads directly into the private cul de sac of six stately
homes. These magnificent homes were built by Craig Meyer of Weston, a
well-known builder of luxury and upscale communities.
Although the location of Deer Run Estates is one of
privacy and seclusion it is readily accessible to all major routes including
Route 9 and the Mass Pike. For commuting the Ashland
MBTA station is a little more than a mile away.
In this part of town you are minutes away from downtown
Ashland with shopping and restaurants like Stone's Public
House, Nick's Pizza and Mel's Sunnyside Café.
