Estates - Ashland MA
Just off of Oak Street in
Ashland is the community of Heritage Estates. This
subdivision is in one of the best locations in town. If you have a
need to commute to any destination on a daily basis, you cannot beat the
convenience of this neighborhood.
This community is exactly a mile and a half from Route 9
leading to the Mass Pike and a mile a half to the
MBTA train station. With all this accessibility - you still have
the serenity of living in the suburban town of Ashland. 
Heritage Estates was first developed in the early 90's
on the streets of Colonial Drive, Revere Way, Constitution Street and the
first portion of Heritage Avenue.
The homes on these streets were built between 1990 and 1994. In
this section you will find traditional colonials, colonials with hip roofs,
farmer's porches along with a few contemporaries.
In the year 2000
Pulte Homes took over the construction of Heritage
Estates. Pulte is one of the largest home
builders in the country. Their part in the development of this
subdivision was from 2000 to 2004. This newer section is on the streets
Heritage Avenue, Harris Lane, Aldrich Way and Independence
Lane. The homes on Independence Lane are referred to as "Heritage
Woods."
 The
homes in Heritage Estates that were built by Pulte are
distinctive colonials with open floor plans. Many of them have
features that include granite counter kitchens, family rooms with cathedral
ceilings, gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, crown molding, wainscoting,
French doors, columns and grand master suites.
Home sizes in Heritage Estates range from 2,400 to over
4,000 square feet of living space and are set on lots that are 15,000 to
28,000 square feet. Many of the residences have lovely level yards
that are abutting the conservation land which runs along the back and side
of the community.
With a quiet neighborhood setting and easy access to everything,
Heritage Estates is a much sought-after location in
Ashland.
