Hopkinton
Meadows - Hopkinton - Massachusetts
Close to the Westborough border and in a great commuting area is the
neighborhood of Hopkinton Meadows.
 Washington Lane is the major road in this subdivision along with the cul
de sac streets of Baldwin Lane and
Honeysuckle Circle.
This attractive community has approximately 31 homes and was built by
Pulte, currently the largest home builder in the country.
Hopkinton Meadows was built in the years, 2001 and 2002.
These bright colonials range in size from 2900 to over 3,700 square feet and
were built on lots that are ¾ of an acre to over an acre in size.
The homes in this subdivision have many nice features, including
Palladian windows, generous sized kitchens, fireplace family rooms, three
and a half baths, finished lower levels and hard wood floors.
Hopkinton
Meadows is close to major routes, including the Mass Pike and Route
495 and is three miles from the Southborough
MBTA station.
Whitehall State Park offers the summer enjoyment of boating of boating,
fishing and hiking and is less than a mile from this community.
Best known for being the start of the annual
Boston Marathon site, Hopkinton also enjoys the distinction of having an
award-winning public school system that has been consistently ranked highly
among schools in the Metrowest area.
