Killam Farm is a cul de sac subdivision located on
Killam Farm Road in
Southborough, Massachusetts.
This 10-house community was built from 1998 to 1999 by Brendon Homes, a
well-known and award-winning builder of homes in the Metrowest area and
developer of communities such as Uhlman Farms in Westborough, Brigham Woods
in Northborough, as well as
Presidential Estates and Schipper Farms - both in Southborough.
The homes in Killam Farm are all classic colonials that

the oldest junior boarding school in the country serving grades 1 through
nine on its 35 acre campus.
