Ravenwood is a Hopkinton subdivision
located in the southern part of town near the Holliston line. The
homes in this upscale community were built from the 199
0's
into the early 2000's. The development was built by Ron Nation, a
quality Hopkinton builder who also built the community of
Valleywood and is currently building luxury homes in Connelly Hill
Estates.
Home sizes in Ravenwood range from 2700 square feet to
over 5,000 square feet and many of the lots are well over an acre.
The homes in this lovely subdivision feature high end finishes
with marble foyers, granite counters, dual fireplaces, wainscoting
and crown molding.
The standard home in Ravenwood has four bedrooms, two
and a half baths and a two car garage with some offering a third bath as
well as a third garage bay.
This heavily wooded and picturesque community offers extensive
landscaping and an abundance of privacy between each home.
The houses in Ravenwood are not all typical New England
colonials. Eleven of the homes are contemporaries and there
are even some Tudor styles which set this community apart as rather unique.
The location of this community is convenient to Hopkinton's schools while
still being within commuting distance to all major routes as well as the
MBTA.

Hopkinton is the famous site of the
Boston Marathon. However, with award-winning schools, beautiful parks
and lakes and scenic wooded areas, the town has so much more to offer.
